Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy and a 5-day refund processing time once returns are received.


✅ Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • The product must be in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Return request must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)


📦 How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.


🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve it quickly at no additional cost to you.
