🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most unused kitchen knives within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The knife must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Used knives or items showing signs of wear.
• Customized or engraved knives.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Knife accessories that have been used or unsealed.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

2. We will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
3. Carefully package the knife to avoid damage during transit.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
