We accept returns on most
unused kitchen knives within
30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The knife must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Used knives or items showing signs of wear.
- Customized or engraved knives.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Knife accessories that have been used or unsealed.

📦 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our team at support@knivescollection.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Carefully package the knife to avoid damage during transit.
- Ship the item to:

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the status within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please Note:
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- If the knife is returned in a condition that makes it unsellable, we may deny the refund or offer a partial refund.

🔄 Exchanges
We only replace knives if they are:
