How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase securely.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a change, please email us immediately at support@knivescollection.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping to over 200 countries through trusted carriers including DHL, USPS, Royal Mail, DPD, and FedEx.

How long does delivery take?

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link to follow your package in real time.

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Please note, customized or personalized Items cannot be returned unless defective.

How do I start a return?

How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

• The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
• The item you received was not as described.
